Running your hands under cold water before pressing marshmallow crispy treats in the pan, and the marshmallow will stick less to your fingers.
This depends on a number of factors to say the least. Chicken breasts should be grilled around 5-6 min per side. Ribeye, around 4-5 min per side. Pork tenderloin around 6-8 min per side. Hamburger should take around 4-6 min per side, and about the same for pork chops, skirt steak. Sausage takes around 3-4 min per side, so that's nice. Hot dogs take even less time, at around 2-3 min per side. Happy flipping!
Brisket — it's relatively cheap, a little more tough, and takes well to smoke. Season heavily. Also works well when marinated!
Flank and Sirloin — more expensive, although moderately tender. Requires heavy seasoning.
Ribeye, T-Bone, and Filet Mignon — all are very expensive, tender, and takes simple seasoning.
